We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager who would like to play an active role in our ambitious mission-driven start-up. In this key role, you will scale Treebytree’s impact by growing the number of companies and eventually people using the Treebytree platform on a regular basis. You will be identifying new business opportunities and executing our sales strategies.

Your main goal is to grow the number of companies and eventually people using Treebytree platform on a regular basis. This means building strong relationships with clients, partners and distributors.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business development role, ideally in a start or scale-up.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth.
Able to build strong relationships.
Experience working with HubSpot (or a similar tool).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
We speak English in our office, but Dutch is required for this role
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Affinity with AI tools and a curiosity for exploring how technology can improve performance and efficiency.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
