We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic client success manager who would like to play an active role in our ambitious mission-driven start-up. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our bigger clients and partners and you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams.

You will onboard clients and make them familiar with our platform.
Build strong relationships: maintaining regular contact to understand what our clients need and make them an ambassador for our mission.
Addressing any concerns, issues, or challenges that clients may have, and working to resolve them quickly.
Actively look for upsell and reactivation potential and prevent churn.
Set up joint marketing efforts with the clients to create exposure.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a client success role, ideally in a start or scale-up.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to build strong and meaningful relationships.
We speak English in our office, but Dutch is required for this role.
Experience working with HubSpot (or a similar tool).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Affinity with AI tools and a curiosity for exploring how technology can improve performance and efficiency.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

90-minute meeting at our office: A chance to meet the team, experience our culture, and present a case to both the Chief of Growth and the Chief of Product, Technology & Brand.
