We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketeer who would like to take an active part in our ambitious mission-driven start-up. In this key role, you will professionalize our lead generation and grow the number of companies and people using the Treebytree platform on a regular basis.

Your main goal is to professionalize our B2B lead generation in close collaboration with our sales team, so we can scale our mission quickly. This means setting up Linkedin campaigns, creating strong Google Ads campaigns, work on social ads and professionalize our HubSpot setup. Keep in mind that we are a startup so you have to be creative and effective with (initially) small budgets!
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proven successful experience with B2B lead generation (ideally in a tech start-up environment).
Experience with setting up HubSpot (or a similar tool) and safeguarding the quality of the database and workflows.
Strong record in setting up successful LinkedIn and Google campaigns.
Experience with SEO.
Affinity with AI tools and a curiosity for exploring how technology can improve performance and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, we speak English at our office.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
