We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development lead to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the development and execution of Treebytree’s commercial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability while staying aligned with our mission and values. You will be the driving force behind scaling Treebytree’s impact by growing the number of companies and eventually people using Treebytree platform on a regular basis.
In this role, you will be essential to growing our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and exceeding our sales targets.

Commercial strategy
Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Treebytree’s market presence.
Identify new business opportunities to ensure continuous market expansion.
Sales and Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stimulate demand to join the Treebytree mission and ensure that more and more people use Treebytree platform on a regular basis.
Strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, in collaboration with Customer Success Manager.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Treebytree’s growth.
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team as the organization scales.
Pricing and Financial Oversight:
Take an active part in definition of the best pricing strategy.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance of all commercial activities.
Passion for sustainability and alignment with Treebytree’s mission.
Proven experience in a commercial or business development role, ideally in sustainability, environmental services, or a related sector.
Experience or interest in tech-products.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
